Cycling - Tristan Park to Sg Renggit

ITINERARY:

Singapore - Pengarang - Tristan Park - Sg. Renggit - Tristan Park - Pengarang - Singapore



25 April 2009, Saturday

This trip was organised by KT and KT2 of Tangshooters from Clubsnap Photography Forum. We met up at 0730hrs at Changi Village Ferry Terminal for the 1hr boat ride to Pengelih Ferry Terminal in Pengarang.



On arrival at Pengelih , KC (owner of Tristan Park) met us at the ferry terminal and sent us to Tristan Park on a landrover, where we picked our bicycle for rent.


At Tristan Park, besides bicycle rental, they have trail bikes and wakeboarding too. Here are some of the 125cc pit bikes and mountain bikes.







On the other hand, for those who are interested to do an overnight trip, you can also consider staying at some of the nearby resorts.

Under the heat-scorching sun, we rode a tiring 16km to Sg Renggit, on the mountain bike. All of us were thoroughly shagged after the 2hr journey!




However, the delicious lunch made up for our worn-out energy at Good Luck Restaurant, where we had drunken prawns, lobster salad, steamed baby lobsters, pepper crabs, etc.





After a 2hr lunch break at Sungei Renggit, we were back on the road again, under extremely hot temperatures, to get back to Tristan Park to return the bicycle, and onto the ferry terminal for the boat trip back to Changi Village.


All of us were so tired and had fell asleep on the boat journey back!
